The annual Sardine Run off the coast of South Africa is often described as ‘the greatest show on Earth', and now you can bear witness to this massive migration of baitfish – and the predators it attracts – first-hand on an expedition with Seas4Life.
Seas4Life's Sardine Run and Sharks trip runs from 23 June to 2 July, and is described as being suitable for families, groups, couples and solo travellers. Places are extremely limited, so book now to avoid disappointment.
The nine-day, ten-night expedition includes a five-night stay at Gulu Game Reserve, followed by a four-night stay at Africa Oceans Manor, and airport/accommodation transfers. The cost also includes breakfast, a packed lunch and dinner each day, along with welcome drinks and selected alcohol (local beers, wines and spirits).
On the diving front, this trip includes four Sardine Run days, and three full Shark Research Days, with one morning being with great white sharks. You'll make a contribution to the conservation work of the shark research unit through taking part in the trip, and you'll offset your carbon footprint through Planet Moja.
